• “When I was offered the choice between Swedish Massage and Thai Massage, I said “the ordinary one please!”. I felt certain this was relaxing and I didn’t think something involving movement would be as beneficial. However, when I agreed to try the Thai Massage I was struck by how much deeper the massage felt; by amalgamating massage with gentle movement the massage seemed to penetrate more deeply. I was really surprised, but in retrospect I actually found it easier to switch off during the Thai massage than ordinary massage.
