About Rosie

Rosie is passionate about helping people move better, feel better and achieve their individual health goals. She believes exceptional care starts with listening – taking the time to understand each patient’s unique situation before putting together a treatment plan that fits their life, not just their symptoms.

Having competed as an elite gymnast throughout her younger years, Rosie has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. She also has a keen interest in women’s health and supporting people living with chronic pain conditions.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to sport, managing persistent aches and pains, or simply want to move through daily life with more ease, Rosie is committed to helping you get there.

What does Rosie treat?

As an osteopath, Rosie works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:

  • Back pain and sciatica
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Sports injuries and rehabilitation
  • Joint pain and stiffness
  • Headaches related to tension or posture
  • Chronic pain conditions
  • Women’s health concerns
  • General aches and pains affecting day-to-day life

If you’re not sure whether osteopathy is right for your situation, Rosie is happy to have a brief chat before you book – just give us a call on 01225 427835.

Sciatica? Rosie can help

One of the conditions Rosie sees most often is sciatica – that sharp, burning or shooting pain that travels from the lower back down into the leg. It can make sitting, walking and sleeping really difficult, and it’s often misunderstood.

Rosie takes a thorough approach to sciatica, starting with a detailed assessment to identify what’s really causing the symptoms before putting together an individual treatment plan.
