I am passionate about using Pilates to help people feel well, move better and be stronger. I see Pilates as a really simple, straightforward system. It started with a brilliant idea, inspired by observing movement and is successful because it works on developing good alignment with strong support from efficient muscles.
The original principles still stand but I teach them in ways that fit with up to date best advice, guidance and recommendations. My approach is scientific, balanced, client focused and goal orientated.
